1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that the item meets the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

  • The product is not a sale or clearance item

  • The product is not a personal care, cosmetic, or hygiene item (for hygiene and safety reasons, these cannot be returned)

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Skincare and beauty products (e.g., creams, lipsticks, oils)

  • Undergarments and innerwear

  • Customized or altered items

  • Clearance or discounted items labeled “Final Sale”

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  3. Our support team will guide you through the return steps, including where to send the item.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your return.

4. Refunds (If Applicable)

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.

  • If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be provided via bKash, Nagad, or store credit.

Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size issues or defective/damaged products.

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving a defective item, along with clear photos as proof.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

6. Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or wrongly delivered.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service when sending returns.

  • We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before it is shipped—whichever comes first.

  • Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
