1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that the item meets the following conditions:

The product is not a personal care, cosmetic, or hygiene item (for hygiene and safety reasons, these cannot be returned)
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

Customized or altered items

Clearance or discounted items labeled “Final Sale”
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.

If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be provided via bKash, Nagad, or store credit.
Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only for size issues or defective/damaged products.

You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving a defective item, along with clear photos as proof.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
6. Shipping for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or wrongly delivered.

We recommend using a trackable courier service when sending returns.

We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before it is shipped—whichever comes first.

Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
