Q: How do I place an order on Bangladesh Online Store?

Ans: Placing an order is very simple! Browse through our categories, select the product you like, and click “Add to Cart” or “Buy Now.” Proceed to the checkout page, enter your delivery address in Bangladesh, choose your preferred payment method, and confirm your order. You can also place an order by calling our customer support number.

Q: Do I need to create an account to place an order?

Ans: No, you can easily place an order as a “Guest.” However, we highly recommend creating an account so you can easily track your current orders, view your order history, and save your shipping details for faster checkout in the future.

Q: How do I know if my order was successfully placed?

Ans: Once your order is confirmed, you will immediately receive an order confirmation SMS and Email containing your unique Order ID and details.

2. Payment Methods (পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি)

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

Ans: Your comfort and trust are our top priorities. We offer the following secure payment options:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): This is our primary and most popular payment method. You can pay the delivery person in cash only after receiving the product in your hand.

  • Mobile Financial Services (MFS): For a cashless experience, we accept 100% secure online payments via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

  • Future Payment Gateways: We are actively working on integrating more payment methods (like credit/debit cards) very soon to give you even more flexibility!

Q: Are there any hidden charges?

Ans: Absolutely not. The price you see on the checkout page (Product Price + Delivery Charge) is the exact final amount you have to pay.

3. Shipping & Delivery (শিপিং এবং ডেলিভারি)

Q: Where do you deliver? Do you ship internationally?

Ans: We deliver strictly within Bangladesh. Our robust delivery network covers every district, upazila, and corner of the country. Please note that we do not offer international shipping or global delivery at this moment.

Q: How long does delivery take?

Ans: We strive to deliver your orders as fast as possible. Generally, deliveries inside Dhaka take 1 to 2 business days, and deliveries outside Dhaka take 3 to 5 business days, depending on the courier service and exact location.

Q: What are your delivery charges?

Ans: Our delivery charges are highly affordable and depend on your location (Inside Dhaka vs. Outside Dhaka) and the weight/size of the product (e.g., heavy Gym Equipment or Hamko Electronics may have a different shipping rate than Cosmetics or Apparel). The exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
